Mostly, corporations in the Philippines are family corporation; si ama, si ina, si kuya, si ate at si bunso. Kung powede ngang pumirma ang aso, gagawing corporators para mameet ang required number of the incorporators.
Dito sa States, isa lang tao, pwede nang magtayo ng corporation and register it via internet. Si Fafa ang incorporator at kung minsan si Mama ay kasama sa board para lang masabing may ibang opisyal. Nang itinayo ko yong corporation namin dito, may ready na na articles of incorporation. Tailor-fit mo na lang sa corporation mo. Noong tinulugan kong magtayo ng corporation ang aking kaibigan, sa internet lang kami nakikipagtransact. Mamimili ka lang kung S Corporation o regular corporation ang gusto mo.

Doctor: After your surgery, you will undergo, one year of chemotherapy and one radiation.
Me: Just thinking. ( To unload inventories in the form of units, the developer can sacrifice to grant a big discount).
Doctor: Is there any question?
