Billionaire Francisco "Paqui" Ortigas III was arrested by Pasig police Wednesday noon at the Tektite Towers at the family-developed Ortigas business district.

Ortigas was surprised by policemen at the ground floor lobby who served a warrant of arrest issued by Pasig Metropolitan Trial Court Judge Joy Nerves Casihan-Dumlao for a concubinage case filed by his estranged wife, Madrigal heiress Susana Bayot, said Bayot lawyer Thea Daep.
