DAM-DAM-IN

Dear insansapinas,

I just talked with a friend whose  ancestral house was inundated with water not much because of the typhoon but more of the release of the water from the dams. It is a two-storey house located in Pampanga where flood is unheard of. He just had fixed it recently for the memory of his parents.  I lived in Pampanga in my tweens  and I never experienced flooding too.

Why they thought it was more of the dams? Here's why.

Marilao, Bulacan—Residents of the coastal towns of Bulacan and Pampanga provinces on Friday continued to call for rescue teams as floodwaters rose higher despite the sunny weather.
Dapat bang narelease ang tubig noon pa in anticipation of the typhoon?

Tatanungin daw ng palacio ang pag-asa.

Malacañang on Friday said the government would ask the Pagasa weather bureau to explain the releases of water from dams that caused widespread flooding in Central Luzon.President Benigno Aquino III’s spokesperson Edwin Lacierda named Science and Technology Undersecretary Graciano Yumul, who supervises Pagasa, as one of those who would be asked to explain the flooding.

Ahek. Damdamin song pala yon.
