Whoa, the percentage of passing is almost 50 per cent. Pinagpala talaga ngayon ang mga kumukuha ng CPA exam. Noong panahon namin, pasalamat na kung maka 25 per cent. Kasi naman, kahit na Multiple Choice na rin mostly ang exams namin, ang examiners pa rin ang nagchecheck. Mano-mano. Kaya pag mainit ang ulo ng examiners, nag-away sila ng asawa o kaya nagkaheartburn lang, lagot ka.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday that 4,066 out of 8,525 passed the Certified Public Accountant licensure examinations given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi in October 2011.
Registration for the issuance of professional identification card and certificate of registration will start on October 24 (Monday). Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), two passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete nametag), two 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), two sets of metered documentary stamps and one short brown envelope with name and profession.
Registrants are also to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2011-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.Pinaysaamerika
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees have yet to be announced.
