Decisive Decisions

IF you think, the President is not making quick and decisive decisions, think again.

MANILA, Philippines - President Aquino visited the New Executive Building (NEB) in Malacañang Palace Friday to go to the office of his speechwriters and discuss a speech he is giving next week.  But the garbage at the NEB driveway caught the eye of the President.Cleaners immediately swept the trash.Deputy Presidential Spokeswoman Abigail Valte said the President is particular about cleanliness and that the government should be the first to promote cleanliness.  The President also noticed that the rubber strips on the stair steps at the NEB entrance have worn out, making it slippery to walk on.The President spoke to the head of the engineering office about his concerns.

A friend who was a President of a company would yell if he stepped on the popoo of the dog in the garage. 



You often hear him tell the wife and the househelpers to take care of the mundane matters since he was busy attending to the business of large company that employed thousands of workers.  Besides cleaning does not require
