When I saw this news last year, I thought she is Hispanic.
VIRGINIA, USA - The trial of Filipino-American grandmother Carmela dela Rosa, accused of tossing her 2-year-old granddaughter to death from a 6-storey parking bridge last year, got under way with prosecutors revealing her confession and showing jurors close-circuit TV footage of the incident. She blamed her depression for killing her grandchild.
She lost her job; her daughter did not finish college; and she has financial problems. She hated her son-in-law who got her daughter pregnant.
She felt that the baby was getting all the attention of the family including that of her husband.
I should know. But prayers help. And blogging. ahek.
