Cruz, who heads the civil society group, said he is ready to name the 2 Aquino administration officials in due time.
The former archbishop challenged President Benigno Aquino III to stop jueteng in line with his campaign promise of a clean government.
Aquino, for his part, challenged Cruz to name the officials and provide concrete evidence to back his claims.
