He said, he said Part . 2, Professional Heckler and TFC Subscription

 Dear insansapinas,

TFC Subscription

Ginawa raw talk show ang game show. bwahahaha.

Ano ba talaga Teh?

Science and Technology Secretary Mario Montejo on Tuesday revealed that he and weather bureau chief Prisco Nilo had irreconcilable differences over a P1.8 billion project to upgrade the bureau’s forecasting system.
At a news conference,  Montejo said he wanted a smaller budget of about P100 million but Nilo insisted on the original cost. “The problem with Nilo is that his orientation is different from mine. I came from the private sector. We disagreed over the proposed P1.8-billion modernization program of Pagasa,” Montejo said.
“Improvements can be done on a small budget of less than P100 million,” Montejo said. “We have a marching order from the President. We cannot wait for a new budget just to be able to bring in breakthroughs and innovations. Since the fund needed is just less than P100 million, DoST has the money and capability to modernize Pagasa.”
Among his proposals are the creation of a Marikina-Pasig River system webpage to provide a two-hour advanced bulletin before the river overflows, the translation of highly technical weather forecasts and bulletins in layman’s terms, an hourly weather “now-forecast,” the establishment of more field stations in the countryside to provide local government units down to the barangays with real-time weather and rainfall data, a tie-up with the Commission on Elections on its automation program, and the enhancement of cell-based information dissemination drive.

Anong gagamitin nila? Abacus at payong? So alin ang mauuna, yong kabayo o yong kalesa.

Ano kayo Wowowee?

Sulat nga ni Professional Heckler

NOY:Former PAGASA chief Prisco Nilo…
KRIS: Hay naku Noy! Alam mo, madaming nagalit sa ‘yo for sacking him. You and your advisers talaga! Pati PAGASA, pinupulitika n’yo!
NOY: Bawiin mo ‘yan!
KRIS: Noooo!
NOY: Ano ‘yon?
KRIS: “The Ant Bully!” At ‘di ko babawiin ‘yan!
