Red. Blue and Orange Blue Lists

Dear insansapinas,

First, the DOJ wanted Ramona to be included in the Interpol red list. Buti na lang nagtanong sila. Kung hindi mapapahiya sila. You can not be included in the red list if you have no warrant of arrest or you are not a fugitive from the law, i.e. indicted, convicted or arraigned?

Then the NBI reported that they requested that her name be included in the blue list. May kasunod na pwede na raw pauwiin. Hahahaha.

Ang blue list ay para lang sa information about location ng POI (person of interest). You can't arrest her/him even there is an extradition treaty between the two countries kung wala namang kaso .
