The Men of the Cloth

Dear insansapinas,

We always regard the men of the cloth to practise what they preach. You're wrong Virginia. They also commit sins. They are also humans, earthlings.

I remember my brother's confession to the priest that he lied. When the priest asked him of his other sins he repeated to the priest that he lied. For the same sins, he was asked to pray a dozen Our Fathers, Hail Marys and Glory Bes.

Priest who likes butter

How many Prayers are you going to give this priest as penalty for shoplifting which made him disobey the commandment, thou shall not steal?

A Roman Catholic priest was accused of shoplifting butter and a sofa cover at a Walmart in southern Illinois. Police arrested 41-year-old the Rev. Steven Poole on Friday. He's charged with two felony theft counts. Investigators said Poole failed to scan a $3.22 container of butter and a $60 sofa cover at a self-checkout. Poole then allegedly went to the store's bedding section, picked up a memory foam mattress and switched the pricing bar code. That caused the $145 item to be scanned for $31.

Wala ba siyang palaman sa tinapay? Ang pagkakamali niya ay ang pagswitch niya ng pricing bar code sa memory foam mattress. May memory yon anoh. Maalala niya kung ano ang presyo niya.

Pastor who threatens a son for non-attendance in the church services

The son of a well-known Alcoa pastor has taken out an order of protection against his father, claiming he was threatened with a gun during an argument at a church over his lack of church attendance. The order of protection was filed by 32-year-old Michael Louis Colquitt against 60-year-old Joe Colquitt, pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

Nahihiya ba siya na mismong anak niya hindi niya makumbinsing magsimba?

Pastor who was outed for homosexual reltionship

Ted Haggard, the former president of the National Association of Evangelicals and the head pastor at the 14,000-member New Life, was outed publicly in 2006 by a former prostitute, Mike Jones, who said Haggard had paid him for sex over three years and had used methamphetamine in his presence.

Sabi niya, he was abused when he was  in the second grade.

Warren Jeffs of the Fundamentalist Mormon Church

Warren Jeffs, the son of the leader of the FLDS Church who died leaving 20 wives was convicted of several crimes which landed him in the FBI's Most Wanted.

He went both ways, male and female.

In July 2004, Warren Jeffs' nephew, Brent Jeffs, filed a lawsuit against him alleging that in the late 1980s his uncle sodomized him in the Salt Lake Valley compound then owned by the FLDS Church. Brent Jeffs said he was five or six years old at the time, and that Warren Jeffs' brothers, also named in the lawsuit, watched and participated in the abuse. Two of Warren Jeffs' other nephews also made similar abuse claims against him. One of the alleged victims, Clayne Jeffs, committed suicide with a firearm after accusing Warren Jeffs of sexually assaulting him as a child.

In May and July 2007, he was indicted in Arizona on eight counts, including sexual conduct with a minor and incest.
